1. Ordering and Purchase
When you place an order through our store, you are making an offer to purchase products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order.
2. Product Availability and Price
All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Product availability is subject to change without notice.
3. Discount Codes
Discount codes are subject to terms and conditions and may have expiry dates. Only one discount code can be used per order unless otherwise stated.
4. Ways to Pay
We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, and other payment options displayed at checkout.
5. Delivery and Courier Fees
Delivery charges vary based on your location and order value. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
6. Duty and Import Taxes
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country.
7. Right of Withdrawal
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase, without giving any reason, within 14 working days from the day the purchased products are delivered.
The right of withdrawal can be expressed by completing the contact form, within the above period. The customer will have to pay the return shipment costs. In order to perform the right of withdrawal, the product has to be returned undamaged, exactly how it has been delivered, in its original packaging and after having received confirmation from RUBY TOOLS.
A return address will be provided by the support team on confirmation of return.
RUBY TOOLS will refuse any package shipped freight collect.
Reimbursement of the returned product, at the invoiced amount, will take place within 14 days after receipt of the product directly to the Customer's bank account by bank transfer.
Any damaged, incomplete, broken or dirty product due to the Customer will not be reimbursed and will in no case give the right to the reimbursement of the full amount of the purchased product.
In case the return is due to an error committed by RUBY TOOLS, all shipment fees will be paid by the seller, in all other cases shipment fees will be paid by the buyer.
8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
