Warranty Terms & Conditions

We take special care to provide high-quality, durable products. This product comes with a manufacturer's guarantee of 2 years from the date of purchase. This guarantee is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights.

The guarantee covers product failures and malfunctions, provided that the product was used for its intended purpose.

Installation, cleaning, care, and maintenance were carried out in accordance with the instructions in this manual, the terms and conditions, and standard practice—as long as standard practice does not conflict with the manual.

The product warranty is subject to the following conditions:

• The guarantee becomes effective from the date of purchase (or the date of delivery, if later).
• Retain your receipt or delivery note. You must be able to provide valid proof of purchase showing the product purchased, the date of purchase, and the retailer.
• Repair or replacement under the guarantee does not extend the original guarantee period.
• All repairs will be carried out by Ruby Tools Ltd or its authorised agents.
• This guarantee is valid only in the UK.

What's Not Covered

• The product has been used for commercial, trade, hire, or professional use.
• Normal wear and tear, including parts, accessories, and consumables that may wear out over time (e.g., belts, spools & lines, cutting blades, filters, etc.).
• Damage or faults caused by incorrect assembly, neglect, accident, foreign objects, substances, improper storage, misuse, or modification of the product, fuel-related problems (contaminated or stale fuel, incorrect fuel mixture, or incorrect fuel type).
• Lack of proper maintenance.
• Loss of use of product.
• Cosmetic damage.
• Use of parts or accessories which are not Ruby Tools genuine components.
